Shipping Information

What are your shipping fees?

Canadian and US Shipping
Postage is free for all Canadian and US customers. Standard delivery is 3 to 9 business days for Canada, and 4 to 9 business days for US. Express delivery options are available upon checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping is $7.50 CAD. Standard delivery is 6 to 10 business days. For express delivery options, please contact us at hello[@]purplethreadlabels.com.

When will I receive my order?
We ship orders weekly via Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post may have periodic delivery delays which may impact the expected delivery times above. If you feel there has been an unreasonable delay in your delivery, please do be in touch at hello[@]purplethreadlabels.com.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We will accept a return of any unused products within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Returns will be made via your original payment method. Please note that we will not be able to refund any postage costs associate with returns.

What about exchanges?

The simplest way to exchange your labels is to return the purchase and then complete a new order.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Send us an email as soon as you can. If the labels haven't already been shipped, we will do our best to make changes.

Where do the labels come from?
Our labels are made in manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and India.
